Oh, it is beautiful! I thought they were two different quilts. I love the back. No goal is too crazy if it seems doable for you. I have a challenge this year of my own, not to buy fabric. I know it is only February, but it is super easy so far.
fantastic! is your piecing method from crazymomquilts possibly? she had a tutorial a while back for surrounding little bits of color in white. anyway, i love how it turned out for you.
i've been reading your blog for a while but don't comment much (sorry), i've actually been thinking about you the last few weeks because I'm taking a class in my masters program (i'm doing a MA in TESOL) on language and social interaction and the prof lived for 17 years in finland, did fieldwork there in communications, and is having us read his book on the speach culture of finland. fascenating so far.. makes me wonder what your job must be like.
take care, jessica in ny http://littleshika.blogspot.com
A double sided quilt is always a fun surprise! I really like how it came out - glad your foot is feeling better enough to sew again! I am jealous of your blue skies - we have had sun I think 3 days since New Year's Eve. Cheers! Evelyn

Love it! This is just beautiful...both sides!
I was having the same wonderment this week...could I finish one quilt a month? Would it be too crazy??? Hmmmmm....
It looks great!
Beautiful and I love the backdrop
Love and hugs Gina xxx
So beautiful! Well, you can easily finish one quilt each month, just remember to buy a lottery ticket each week and hope for the best...
