Distracted Again
Once again, it's been far too long since I've blogged. Even worse, I haven't announced the winner of my 5 year blogging anniversary give-away winner! It's lucky Chook from Australia! I will have the mini-quilt in the mail by the end of next week! Here is the label I attached to the quilt:
I did do some sewing in September - 20 bags for the upcoming FinnQuilt event to be held in Vaasa in March 2012. Here they are photographed in the late afternoon autumn sun:
Finally, an admission. Over the past couple years, I've been distracted by knitting, then crocheting. (More info about the on-going challenge here.) In September, I enrolled in a weaving course here in Vaasa. I'm totally smitten and am already considering purchasing a loom!

Don't worry, though, I'm still a quilter, too! Thanks for stopping by!

I'm easily distracted too. love the idea of weaving, but no room for a loom at my house.
Oh Thank you so much I am soo excited.I have sent a reply to your email
hugs Beth
Wondered where you had go to. I think I'd get distracted by weaving too.
These are great - and yes I am afraid weaving is as addictive as quilting, and I would like to get a loom as well, although if I got one, I would probably get a small simple one. The red one with the squares is really cute, I don't know how to do that.
