Addiction

A long while ago, Tazzie tagged me to show my quilting spot. Until this week, the only hand sewing I've ever enjoyed was binding. I think I like it because it's the final step and it feels so good to finish a project. (Also because I always watch tv or a movie while I do it.) Now that Nadine has hooked me on hexagons, I really do have a spot! I made these while watching Season 3 of Project Runway downloaded from iTunes. If Santa brings some dvds, I'm sure there will be lots of hexagons in my future!

Ohhh how fun to see your spot, thank you for sharing! Thank you also for the 'heads up' I'm going to steer clear of hexagons for a while, I definitely don't need another addiction!

You will never be able to stop doing hexagons now - hooked for life. How big are your hexagons, and what do you have planned for them?

Hi! I found your blog by mistake, by a lucky mistake : )

I noticed, you live here in Finland, but your blog doesn't find in Blogilista:

http://www.blogilista.fi/

It would be very nice to find your blog there, like many other Finnish Quilt blogs, for example my blog ; )

It is quite easy to join in, just do it. : D

I like your works.

I've never tried hexagons, but they look like fun. I never liked binding until I got good at it. Now I don't mind it at all.

Hi Hedgie, sorry to have been missing lately. The hexs look like so much fun...I like your choice of greens.
I scrolled down and saw your medallion quilt with all the HST's..it's a beauty!! I really like the combination.
I'm still gathering scraps for you, and I did pick up the global one rate envelope. I'll let you know when I post it! Enjoy your hexs and your new comfy spot..*VBS* Hugs, Finn

Do you have a plan for the hexagons?

I love to do bindings and sewing while watching TV. Trouble is, with such a big family I don't have my own 'spot' - someone is always sitting in it LOL.

I save all my bindings to do while watching movies or TV with my husband. But my spot isn't as pretty as yours!

Hahaha. Nice.

I was hooked into hexagons last year and I couldn't get enough already.

You know, we should create a hexagons club. For real. Lmao.

Kudos! Keep on quilting!
