Apron

Here is the apron I sent for the Sassy Apron Swap organized by Lucy. Check out all the incredible aprons here. The theme was spring and the flowered fabric came from curtain from a local thrift shop. I'm determined to start using more thrifted textiles in my projects. This is a slightly fancier verison of the square apron I made in January, with improvements inspired by Tiffany's recent post. I'm curious what kind of apron I will receive!

I recntly bought that pattern to make an apron for my 5-year-old niece. Since her birthday was almost 6 weeks ago, I guess I'd better get moving on it!

Jen, I love the apron! Thanks so much! I will enjoy the other goodies you sent with it. Thanks again for the lovely apron. By the way, I have a brother and nephew who each spent 2 years in Finland and loved it.

Great re-use of fabric - that apron is so pretty. I love wearing an apron and it is fun to see them coming back into style! Our grandmother's were no dummies!

Cheeers!
