Cookie Madness

Olivia's other birth mother (Olivia is soon to be adopted by a little one in southern Finland) and I made a million cookies tonight. Maybe a million and one. Good times. Can you figure out what these shapes are?

I couldn't get her to take any of them home with her, but luckily we are both invited to two parties tomorrow where we can hopefully pawn them off on our friends and colleagues. Hope they're hungry!

Are those hedgehog cookies? And a puzzle piece? Those are yummy looking cookies. Too bad you can't send some to me here in New Hampshire.

Ohh, is that really a hedgehog cookie cutter or is it a scallop shell or anemone turned upside down? :)

I'm having a good laugh here, I hadn't read your whole profile and was wondering why things didn't quite make sense, until I realised that the initials FI were not for Florida but for Finland!!

What yummy looking cookies - did your supply dwindle once you got them to the office? LOL. My favourite .... well, that would have to be the hedgehogs. Happy Christmas to you and your family.

Olivia is a darling..you were so very clever to make your own! I'll be sending off your package, but want to wait for the Christmas mail rush to be over. Hugs, Finn

mmmMmmM...Finnland-Plätzchen. Lecker! I like the "spot-Vaasa" cookie and of course the Igel. They look delicious.

OK, I can't believe you have a cookie cutter in the shape of Finland! I wish I had one - I have a Finnish friend here in London and it would be fun to make Finland shaped cookies for her...

Oh, my! They are all cute and look delicious, but the hedgehogs! They are my very favorites.

I wouldn't have known that that was the shape of Finland, but the flag icing gives it away. I think I have the exact same mushroom cookie cutter, and of course, I have a hedgehog too, though mine has different spikes (and maybe legs, I forget).

Hedgehog cookies are brilliant. I think I might try Ferret cookies for a publicity thing at some point. What a great idea!
